Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used canola oil)
- 1/2 cup very hot coffee (I used espresso)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting:
- 2 cups chocolate chips ( I used milk chocolate)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup Nutella (or your favorite chocolate spread)
