- 3 Russets Potatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth ( i used a mixture of 6 cups water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes)
- 1/4 of a small onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 sticks butter (1 cup)
- 1/2 to 1 cup Milk ( Add gradually)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped chives
- salt and pepper to taste
